Photo Prices
Prices
Photo shoots are completely free.
Parents then order prints, digitals or wall art from their online gallery a few weeks later. We try and keep our pricelists simple but also accessible to all parents. The majority of schools choose the Basic Price list, but after some feedback we introduced a second option, our Enhanced Price List in 2020 as another extended option for schools who prefer to offer larger prints.
Your school or PTA will also receive a share of all profits in exchange for providing staff or volunteers to assist us on the day of the shoot.
Basic Price List
For the majority of schools, we offer our basic pricelist with the choice of single, 3-pack and 5-pack standard print mounts (5x7” print in 7x9” mount).
We also offer digital images if you prefer, as well as a range of large prints and wall art.
Enhanced Price List
In a few schools we have found that parents prefer larger prints and more luxurious mounted prints.
This enhanced pricelist includes both a wider range of mounted prints (up to 16x12” print size), digital images, and our usual wall art options.
Portraits FAQ

We have been shooting outdoors for years so are used to dealing with the vaguaries of the British weather!
We always schedule both a shoot date and one backup date.
However, you may be surprised to learn that we rarely need to reschedule. After years of dealing with weather forecasts and working outdoors we rarely have any problems getting the shoot done!

We don’t shoot in the coldest months of the year, because we don’t want children wearing coats for the photos.
In effect we have two shooting seasons each academic year : September to mid-November and mid-March to July
However the office is still open and we are usually busy sorting out online galleries and orders outside of these times!

We don’t use proof cards or anything paper based. Instead parents register on our system so the school does not need to be involved in the process.
When their images are ready to view, we then send the parents an email with their secure gallery link and password.
Parents order digitals, prints or wall art directly from their online gallery.

If parents order digital images, these are emailed instantly after purchase.
For prints and wall art, these are all delivered to school in one batch about 10 days after all the online proofing galleries close.
